If you want to post a Complaint,about the forum OR about a member,it would be preferred if you included this few pointers.

For COMPLAINTS
1st-What did the member do?
2nd-Any proof/screenshots?
3rd-What do you want the member's punishment to be?
4th-Include the date you posted the complaint

For SUGGESTIONS
1st-What is your suggestion?
2nd-Why?
3rd-Show examples
4th-Include the date you posted the suggestion
