What can Moderators do?/What so special about them?

They can lock topics,delete topics,move topics,split topics and merge topics.Dont worry if you dont know how to do it.Once i accept your application,i'll send you all the "must-knows".And i'll send you a short tutorial video showing you how to lock topics and such.Most of all,you can BAN members.Please ban with proof only.
